Privacy Notice
We collect information you submit (resume, LinkedIn, goals) to deliver and improve your documents. Data is stored in Google Workspace and ClickUp. We never sell your data. You may request deletion at any time by emailing nextaistep@gmail.com.
Revisions
• Resume Only: 1 revision
• Resume + LinkedIn: 1 revision
• Premium (Resume + LinkedIn + Cover Letter): 2 revisions
• Revision window: 14 days from first draft.
• Revision scope covers clarity, formatting, emphasis, and keyword alignment. New roles, new industries, or additional documents are out of scope and may require an upgrade.
Refunds
• Customized services are non‑refundable once work begins (i.e., after intake form submission or any work performed).
• If you have not submitted the intake form within 24 hours of purchase, you can request a full refund.
• Express/Rush add‑on fees are non‑refundable once work begins.
Delivery Timelines
• Standard ETAs: Resume Only (5 days), Resume + LinkedIn (5–7 days), Premium (7-10 days).
• Express: 48-72 hours from the time you complete the intake form and provide all requested materials. Delays in responses or missing info will extend timelines.
Client Responsibilities
• Provide accurate experience, achievements, and target roles.
• Respond to clarifications within 2 business days to keep timelines.
Ownership
• You own the final delivered documents for personal job‑seeking use. Resale, public sharing of templates, or redistribution is not permitted.
